Bhushan Patil

Bhushan is co-head, Europe, at Prodapt. He drives Prodapt’s key market expansion initiatives in the region to help global Communication Service Providers take their business further with AI-first technology services.

Bhushan has over three decades of experience leading technology businesses, most of which he spent building and scaling businesses in Europe. Previously, he was Tech Mahindra’s Chief Growth Officer for Network Services and OSS across the EMEA and APJI regions.

He helped achieve consistent growth through new digital offerings in CX, Cloud, Data Analytics, Security & AI across the EMEA region at TechM. As part of the company’s Europe leadership team, he played a pivotal role in helping clients adopt novel digital transformation strategies and diversify beyond traditional IT, into NextGen networks, including 5G, SDN, and more.

A film afficionado, Bhushan loves to travel and play badminton. He is passionate about mentoring future leaders and Smart Start-ups. He also champions the cause of using digital technologies in mental health.

Bhushan holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Government College of Engineering Pune and an MBA in Finance from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute Mumbai. He was also part of the Mahindra Leadership program at Harvard Business School.
