Client Situation

Nuestro cliente, un proveedor de comunicaciones líder en el mercado estadounidense, se enfrentaba a un reto similar. El aprovisionamiento de servicios de ondas ópticas (servicios de conectividad de fibra) para clientes mayoristas y empresariales era un gran desafío y requería mucho tiempo. Requería una integración y configuración complejas a través de una red multidominio y de múltiples proveedores con varios acuerdos de operadores. Fue un proceso prolongado que duró unos 45 días.

Las redes heredadas y la falta de innovación estaban afectando a la experiencia del cliente.

Diagnosis

El cliente se enfrentaba a desafíos con la arquitectura tradicional de aprovisionamiento, que carecía de una nion unificada de la disponibilidad en los nodos de la red, la capacidad, el nion, el ancho de banda, etc. La red funcionaba en silos en todo el ecosistema de nionss proveedores.
