Recognized for outcome-driven leadership, Vikram emphasizes co-creation, alignment to client KPIs, and building trust-based relationships. Across two decades in telecom—including key roles at IBM and CSG—he has managed Tier 1 enterprise accounts, led large outsourcing contracts, built Centers of Excellence, and scaled global teams delivering next-gen OSS, BSS, and AI-driven transformation.

Vikram holds an engineering degree from IIT Delhi, an MBA from MDI Gurugram, and additional management credentials from QUT Australia. Vikram champions teamwork and co-creation, and has a passion for business strategy, reading, yoga, and meditation.
