Rajesh Rathod

Rajesh Rathod is the Chief Mentor of Prodapt. 

As Chief Mentor, Rajesh heads Prodapt University, an initiative aimed at creating a world-leading training and deployment program for technical hires. Additionally, he guides the leadership team of the Next Gen Labs and Tools, Prodapt’s in-house R&D unit.

As CTO in his previous role, Rajesh played an instrumental role in building strategic growth drivers focused on        next-generation technology and capability development. He began his journey with Prodapt in 2009, handling global delivery and operations as its COO for several years. 

Prior to Prodapt, Rajesh has held several leadership positions in the communications technology industry, creating and delivering intellectual property-based software offerings and services for global clients.

Rajesh holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and
a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Outside his professional engagements, Rajesh is a life-long practitioner of Heartfulness meditation and is an active member of Shri Ram Chandra Mission, a spiritual organization, where he volunteers for several initiatives.
