1. Number Porting – Simple & Complex
Our number porting services include porting out the number from client database to new service provider. It involves the following sub processes:
Validation of request: Service request is validated thoroughly using rules based approach of segregating critical and non critical fields. If the request passes Validation, porting out process is executed and bills are generated.
Porting Out: Our porting service includes porting out numbers/services from client database and releasing the ported telephone number from client’s database to new service provider database.
2. Directory Listing
Our directory listing services include
Validation of request: Service request is validated thoroughly using rules based approach of segregating critical and non critical fields. If the request passes Validation, directory listing process is executed and bills are generated.
Directory Installations - This involves addition of end user name, address, and new listings & formatting of text in directory database.
Directory Change – This involves modification of record in directory database - end user name, address, new listings & formatting of text etc.
Directory Disconnect – This involves removal of a customer record and services associated with the customer like voice or data services, deleting the available directory listings of end users from database.
3. Order Flow through Support
We provide data validation and correction services to improve order flow-through rates for telco ordering, provisioning and activation systems. We also address data loss and error corrections for data migrations through a combination of automated and manual entry of inventory data, circuit data and circuit build outs on OSS systems.
