Undertaking of Employee

  1. During the term period of the employment, I agree to be a full-time employee of the Company and will neither seek nor accept to be employed or engaged in any manner whatsoever, directly, or indirectly in any other trade, business, profession, or any other employment part-time or full time, in any capacity, either at the place of employment or abroad, whether honorary or otherwise. Should I wish to be engaged or employed in addition to the current employment, I shall take written consent from the Company.

  2. I am fully aware of the fact that the Company and its affiliates are service based organisations, and therefore consider its Trade Secrets, Intellectual Properties and Confidential information owned by it, it’s Clients/Customers or any other third party, whether licensed or not, to be very important and retain and use it with utmost due care and diligence to prevent any dispersal to any person whether individual or an entity.

  3. The above condition in para 1 is included in this document to prevent any possibility of dispersal of trade secrets and any other confidential information belonging to the Company, its Client)s) and any party with which the Company is bound to protect the confidential information whether through an agreement or otherwise in accordance with the law. Therefore, I agree that breach of condition in para 1 shall lead to termination of my services with the Company without any compensation.

  4. Not with standing anything to the contrary agreed between the Company and me, at any time, in the event of breach of this undertaking, it shall be deemed by the Company that I have committed such breach intentionally and/or wilfully to cheat the Company and shall be acting against the interests of the Company. This conduct shall be treated by the Company as an absolute misconduct. Therefore, I agree that breach of this undertaking shall lead to termination of my services with the Company without any compensation.
