Prakash Ramakaimal

Prakash joined Prodapt in 2013 and is responsible for setting up business process & RPA practice area. His role is to lead the practice area & manage delivery for various engagements. He is responsible for P&L, Delivery, ESAT, CSAT & roll out new offerings/collaterals to support new business. Prakash works closely with sales to ensure growth of business and set up new business.

Prior to joining Prodapt, Prakash was the Practice Head for business process services – Telecom vertical at TCS, Chennai for 7 years. He was responsible for setting up business process services and managed 3000+ FTE serving global telecom customers. Prakash completed his post-graduation on operation management from IIM Kozhikode and post-graduation on Marketing management from Annamalai University. He is a certified Six Sigma Black belt, Lean practitioner and Process consultant. He served in Indian Air Force for 9 years and worked across wireline and wireless telecom operators at Airtel and RPG cellular in various roles.

Being relation-focused, he gets the best out of people, maintains an end-to-end overview with a great attention to detail. He takes responsibility for results and steers design and development of processes, organization & IT with a healthy interest in underlying technical infrastructure along with leading Prodapt Consulting.
Prior to Prodapt, Paul was the partner of a leading-edge consulting company, which grew significantly and was also the lead architect for many CSPs such as KPN, T-Mobile NL, Belgacom, Tele2 NL, DT for BSS and OSS transformations, migrations, niche product development and multiple introductions for the business market. Prior to the consulting company, he was working for a software company and responsible for network inventory innovations on local loop and class 5 switching administration and processes.
Paul demonstrated excellent technical and consulting skills at the beginning of his career and was promoted to higher roles and functions. That also brought him a lot of formal and informal recognition. Being able to step into a consulting firm and becoming a partner within the first year, was the most important achievement of his professional life.
