Direct
Biller Model
In the direct biller model, the service provider presents
bills to customers from their own corporate web site and/or

reviewing the statement details. The direct model allows
the biller to maintain full control of the presentment
of bills and other services, marketing content, customer

Model
In the consolidation model, billers send billing data
to a third party called a bill consolidator, who then
aggregates data from multiple billers and prepares bills
