systems. Prodapt's suite of web tools allow instant, interactive
secure 24 hour access to project status and delivery information,
all project related files, documentation, mail and code base
(where appropriate). Prodapt's eSOLVE web tools promote complete
operational transparency across geographically dispersed delivery
environments.
eTrack, is Prodapt's
proprietary web-based defect, issues and enhancements management
tool. eTrack provides an easy to use interface to generate,
assign, and track defect reports, issues, and enhancements.
This is the principal forum for defects, issue reporting and
resolution management, for both internal and as well as client
driven issues.

eFile, is a
web based file repository for storing all files connected with
a project. This file repository is configurable for each project.
Clients and the development team use it to upload and download
project-related documents and files. |

eComm, is a
forum for communication between the clients and the development
team. It provides a discussion group for posting and replying
to messages. In addition it provides a mechanism for recording
minutes of meetings/teleconferences and has an e-mail repository.
