TMForum Action Week Dallas 2018

Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 9:00am to Friday, September 28, 2018 from 5:00pm

Delivering Enhanced Customer Experience through Intelligent Robots

With the customers becoming more demanding in terms of convenience, speed of response/resolution and accuracy, the quality and personalization of customer services is of paramount importance. For digital service providers (DSPs) with traditionally poor CSAT/NPS ratings, improving customer experience can become a significant differentiator to improve growth. The catalyst program will enable the DSPs to have a proactive approach in terms of problem identification and solution offering to their end customers.

A hands-on, practical workshop, where the attendees will see results, and get a clear vision on the future plans needed. The customers will get an opportunity to meet with the catalyst project team to understand the projects through real-time demos. The catalyst program will also demonstrate how DSPs can provide 24*7 proactive and personalized customer experience to subscribers by leveraging knowledge obtained from data, Chatbots, and intelligent software robots.
