Mr. Jhaver is very passionate & is involved in several philanthropic activities. He is founder of Sri Siddhanta Foundation & few other social organisations. He is the incoming chair of World Presidents Organization, Madras Chapter & Global Ambassador Chair of Ypo-Wpo’s social enterprise network.

Mr Jhaver is an Engineer from Guindy Engineering College, Anna University, Chennai.

Vedant Jhaver - CEO, Prodapt & Group President, Jhaver Group

Vedant is the Group President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Jhaver Group of Companies. Vedant leads the group's Information Technology, Infrastructure and Apparel Accessories businesses. The Jhaver Group is a 117 year old entity with a several businesses units, including healthcare, agricultural chemicals, information technology, industrial infrastructure and apparel accessories. The group employs over 9000 people across 65 offices in India and internationally. He also serves as the CEO for Prodapt & DATAMARK Prodapt and Chairman of AMB Property India Limited and Zip Industries Limited.

As a part of the Jhaver Group, Vedant started its information technology businesses, including Prodapt Solutions and DATAMARK Prodapt BPO. Most recently, he led the group’s India JV formation with AMB Property, Inc., the leading global industrial infrastructure company, and the acquisition of Pacific Crest Technology, a software services company based in Portland, OR.

Prior to his current role in the Jhaver Group, Vedant worked at Sapient Corporation in San Francisco and earlier ran the Jhaver Group's internal IT division and offshore software development company based in Madras.

Vedant holds a Master of Engineering Degree in Business Management & Computer Science from Cornell University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Madras University.

He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Madras Management Association (MMA) and Nasscomm.

Antony Jacob, CEO - Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Limited

Mr. Antony Jacob brings on board 25 years of rich experience with corporates such as ITC, the Continental Grain (now part of Cargill) and RSA group having worked in major Indian metros and in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia. His most recent role at RSA group was as Regional Finance Director, Asia & Middle East, based in Dubai. Prior to this he was Managing Director of Royal Sundaram Insurance, a Company he was involved in from its inception.

Antony Jacob, grew up in Chennai and is a Chartered Accountant by profession besides being a graduate from Loyola College, Chennai.

Antony has a rich track record of successfully building consumer facing businesses in India. His experience in India’s rapidly evolving Insurance market since 1996 is an invaluable asset to Apollo Munich Health.

Antony is a member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO International) and is an avid sportsman who enjoys a game of tennis or golf in his spare time.

Raju Venkatraman, Managing Director & CEO - MEDall Health Care Pvt. Ltd

Mr. Raju Venkatraman is presently the Managing Director & CEO of MEDall Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Till recently, he was the Joint Managing Director at Firstsource Solutions Limited.

Mr Raju is a Serial Entrepreneur and pioneered BPO in USA and India. Mr. Raju's career in technology outsourcing began with EDS. In EDS, Raju spearheaded the applications outsourcing business (now called BPO) in a variety of verticals including Healthcare, Manufacturing and Federal Government. Raju left a successful career at EDS in 1991 and became a pioneer in outsourcing by launching Vetri Systems, an off-shore outsourcing company. Scaling his original company to nearly 4,000 employees, he sold it to Lason, U.S.A, in 1998. He served as the President, Data Management Services at Lason and was responsible for more than 7,500 employees. In early 2002, he resigned from Lason and launched Sherpa Business Solutions & Rev IT. In 2005, Raju sold Rev IT & Sherpa Business Solutions to ICICI One Source. He became the Joint Managing Director of ICICI One Source which was renamed as First Source Solutions Ltd (FSL). Raju was a key board member in growing FSL to 23,000 employees. In 2009, Raju left FSL to start Medall.

Medall Healthcare Pvt Limited was launched in October 2009, with a vision to serve 6 million people in India. Medall has over 12 Centers in South India and owns leading brands like Precision Diagnostics in Chennai and Clumax Diagnostics in Bangalore. It employees over 550 people and 55 radiologists. Medall recently won the Andhra Government private public partnership to outsource the radiology & imaging service in 4 Government hospitals.

Mr. Raju was named Indian Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000, and is a recognized expert and speaker in the field of business process outsourcing. He is a chemical engineering graduate from IIT, Chennai and holds an executive MBA from IIM, Ahmadabad.

Mr. Raju is a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and founding member of WPO (World President’s Organization) in Chennai. Raju serves on the Board of American International School, Chennai, and Polaris Software & Prodapt Business Solutions.

Vishnu Vardhan - Executive Director, Jhaver Group

G. Vishnu Vardhan, a Chemical Engineer and Post Graduate in Business Management, is with the Group for over two decades and is holding charge as Executive Director in the Corporate Office.

His varied experience includes Operations Management, Project Management & Implementation, identify New Projects & Business Development, International Partnerships / tie-upsand helps in various strategic and operational decisions at Prodapt.
