Vedant Jhaver, CEO
Vedant is the Group President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Jhaver Group of Companies. Vedant leads the group's Information Technology, Infrastructure and Apparel Accessories businesses. The Jhaver Group is a 100 year old entity with a several businesses units, including healthcare, agricultural chemicals, information technology, industrial infrastructure and apparel accessories. The group employs over 9000 people across 60+ offices in India and internationally. He also serves as the CEO for Prodapt & DATAMARK Prodapt and Chairman of AMB Property India Limited and Zip Industries Limited.

As a part of the Jhaver Group, Vedant started its information technology businesses, including Prodapt Solutions and DATAMARK Prodapt BPO. Most recently, he led the group’s India JV formation with AMB Property, Inc., the leading global industrial infrastructure company, and the acquisition of Pacific Crest Technology, a software services company based in Portland, OR.

Prior to his current role in the Jhaver Group, Vedant worked at Sapient Corporation in San Francisco and earlier ran the Jhaver Group's internal IT division and offshore software development company based in Madras.

Vedant holds a Master of Engineering Degree in Business Management & Computer Science from Cornell University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Madras University.

He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Madras Management Association (MMA) and Nasscomm.

Kerry L. Padrick, President, North America
Kerry Padrick is President of Prodapt’s North America region. After forming his first computer services company at the age of 17, Mr. Padrick has continued to provide creative solutions in the IT industry as both a technician and salesperson. In the early ‘80s he developed one of the first programs to enable electronic filing with the IRS and later pioneered a business that developed software to support remote assisted living healthcare. He has worked for both start-up and Fortune 500 companies and managed teams of more than 150 technicians. In the 1990's, Mr. Padrick moved into sales at the UK-based consulting firm Computer People PLC and immediately became their number one salesperson in the world for five years running, before being promoted to sales manager.

Mr. Padrick's third company, Pacific Crest Technology (purchased in 2009 by Prodapt), was formed in 1997 in response to the increasing trend toward outsourcing applications maintenance and IT functions. His ability to identify and apply innovative solutions to common IT problems achieved success for his clients and ongoing growth for the company for more than 12 years, without the need for venture capital funding. Mr. Padrick is actively involved in Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Portland State University.

Rajesh Rathod, Executive Vice President, India Operations
Rajesh Rathod is the Executive Vice President of Prodapt Solutions and is responsible for heading up the India engineering and delivery operations based in Chennai.

Prior to that he had a 2-year stint as the Centre-Head of Telcordia India Laboratories, based out of Chennai. He was then responsible for building up and developing the Engineering Delivery Centre of Telcordia, focusing on the Intelligent Network domain.

He joined Indian Telephone Industries, in its Switching R&D Division, and worked for 9 years in core R&D activities - designing and developing hardware and software for communications systems for Telephony and for Packet Data Communications.

Thereafter, he joined Future Software at Chennai, where he held various positions, culminating as the Centre-Head of the organization. As a Centre-Head he was responsible for all the Engineering Delivery functions, and the daily operations of the Centre, which was then part of the Flextronics Software Systems, now known as Aricent.

Rajesh Rathod completed his B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and his Masters of Engineering in Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Outside of his professional engagements, Rajesh is an active member of Shri Ram Chandra Mission, a spiritual organization, where he volunteers for several activities. He lives in Chennai with his family.

Sanjay Raizada, Executive Vice President, North America Operations and Delivery
Sanjay Raizada brings over two decades of IT consulting and management experience to Prodapt. He has held roles ranging from strategy and implementation consultant for Oracle to Vice President in charge of Syntel's worldwide Strategic Solutions unit, growing a small team into a robust business unit representing nearly 25% of the company's revenue. Mr. Raizada's additional experience includes being a senior manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he led their regional data warehousing practice, senior consultant for Tata Consultancy Services and a member of the executive management team for two of Portland’s top 25 fastest growing companies. He is known for architecting and implementing simple yet powerful technology solutions that achieve a competitive advantage for Prodapt’s customers.

Recognized as an expert in his field, Mr. Raizada has published whitepapers and spoken at conferences on data warehousing and Internet convergence. He is also active in the local community and is on the board of two non-profit organizations. Mr. Raizada holds a BS in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering.
